F. Charles BARLET (pseudonym of Albert Faucheux)
- born October 12, 1838 at 1.35 pm (13:35), in Paris. Died in 1921 (source : De Herbais de Thun, 1944)
- occultist, scholar, bibliophile, founder of the magazine La Science Astrale (1904-1907). Wrote few documents on astrology. - his main work, Les génies planétaires (Paris, Le Voile d'Isis, 1921), was first published in "L'Initiation" and "La Science Astrale" magazines.
- his pupil Abel Haatan (pseudonym of Abel Thomas) is the author of the Traité d'astrologie judiciaire (Paris, Chamuel, 1895).

Translated from Order Kabalistica of Rose Croix:
Pseudonym of Albert Faucheux (1838-1921). He was the successor of Stanislas de Guaita like Great Master of the Kabalística Order of the Rose-Croix. It was happened as well by Papus. This initiate fought by the resurgence of the traditional astrology in France. It was also member of the Supreme Council of the Martinista Order and belonged to the Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor. He knew the Philippe Teacher in December of 1898.
