that's a good question. the more seagulls you use the more they break the delicate spider web thread. and the less you use, the less strength you'll have in the pull. i suggest using only spider web thread, and no seagulls. that way you don't have to worry about anything at all, and your life is frivolous, but in a good way.

glad you asked, but no. giant laser beams are notoriously unstable and such an experiment would surely yield a catastrophic eruption of flora that would engulf the entire universe, gobbling up all the carbon dioxide in existence and crushing all life with giant, soft, wonderfully-scented petals.
